Il est pas malin... Ce n'est vraiment pas pro. En plus de manière générale en sport, c'est pas les équipementiers qui amènent les gros $$. Je ne pense pas que les patrons de marques roulent sur l'or. Il devrait s'en rendre compte. |

I just want to express myself and say something that is the sad truth , I know that windsurfing equipment is expensive , kitesurfing came in and lots of people decided to go the easy and cheapest way , Of course the end buyers are the ones pretty much financing the team riders , but all the brands are , where do you think the money from Nike comes from to pay Michael Jordan?? from selling stuff , I know there are very few youngster getting into the sport and Believe I am the one trying to change this for a long time and I will do my best to make this happen , I love to see kids coming to the sport and I am the one always cheering and pushing then on the water ! one of the real reasons why the sponsorships situation is like this is because when the old Dogs where making lots and lots of money back on the good days the new comes ( like myself ) where not instructed by the big guys what price to ask for sponsorships , I was one of the few guys with a real good salary because I had my standard and that is why I am keeping it , the industry is not earning $$$ the same as before of course but I know what some other close friends windsurfers are making today and Know companies can afford what I am asking for but instead they ( not all of them ) rather get 2 or 3 riders for the price of One big guy betting they would be on the top for them is pretty much like why would I pay you XXXXX amount of money if I can get a new guy that “can “ be as good as you for much less ? Of course it’s amazing to see newcomers into the sport and to get the chance to get sponsored but on the proper way , im not dumb to request a crazy amount of money know how the situation is! I am willing to push the sport as much as I can and even create a brand , making a sick and affordable wave sail , make a whole kids and school range and make no margin on it just to Bring new comers to our sport ! Thanks for your Supoort and I really hope I can keep on pushing one more year ! |

plus ca va , moins je l'apprécie Campello. trop politisé, trop agressif. ca fait pas rever. les perfs sont une chose, mais en wave, c'est surtout l'image qui domine. la "positive attitude" pour paraphraser Laurie

Bon un peu d'accord avec lui il dit un peu tout haut ce que pense tout bas les autres... Après d'accord avec ce qui a été dit plus haut que ce n'est pas forcément les équipementiers qui doivent donner le plus d'argent |

Devait s'ennuyer surement Ce qu'il dénonce est transposable à bien des professions ou il y a concurrence; certains sont prêts à accepter n'importe quoi au détriment de l'ensemble de leur profession. Pas lui et il a raison sur le fond même s'il n'a aucun moyen de changer ça tout seul (ps: ne pas y voir du gilet-jaunage, je ne pratique pas) |
