ah ah

I use to train and compete vs a guy using that sail.
When he used NP he was far ahead of me (same boards and fins),now that we changed boards (Exo vs PD) I beated him sometimes and we are currently fighting for our championship (1 event to go).
The main thing he has noted (compared to NP) is the reduced handling and lightness of the rig.
The performance is there (I'd say) but the right set up isn't as intuitive as it's with NP.
In light wind (for 11mq) the NP seems to pull you up a little bit better.
We're waiting for an Aero pre production 2011 and test it out.

Loved to hear something about the evo2 10,7...

Hi,

I 'm using a RSR 10.7 (+Amex550/X9U 530) an I've borrowed a RSR evoII 10.7(X9U 530) last summer. I much prefer the RSR rather than the EvoII. The evoII construction is so poor that after 5 hours of use, the sail became quite unriggable with cambers not rotating smoothly (far from that) and with a huge volume in the front giving lot of power but quite unstable.

It would have been probaly much better with 2/3 more centimeters of downhaul but It was not my rigging.

My personnal conclusion is that the RSR is doing the job great and that it's not yet time to change. The nice point is that you can find a RSR10.7 in very good shape at 300€/350€. Probably the best deal you can do.

hope this advice will be usefull ;)
