General information:

Thanks for your interest in the first Airinside Slalom with Patrik Diethelm Shape.

The board is not yet on the market but the production is fully running and the first boards will be shipped next week to customers who made a pre-order already last year. Basically the first customers are friends and people who know about the project from the beginning.

The Airinside Website is also not updated yet as there are simply not enough boards. The factory is very small and the request is bigger than the production-line can cover at the moment.

Order and payment information:
This board is produced with the highest composite standard available on the market and comparable to ‘F1 car’ constructions. The moulding of the hull is very complex and precision is the priority to not have rejects. Every hull needs to be checked after moulding and only 100% quality proven boards are passing and will be finished and delivered to customers.
Due to the precise labour procedure and the high material cost (including rejects) the material order and production time need to be planed before producing a board. The regular production time of one board is about 2 weeks and the delivery time is depending on the freight forwarder and the shipping address.

Price:
The board is delivered including 4 straps without fin at a retail price of 2049.-€ plus VAT and shipping cost. The VAT and shipping cost is depending on your delivery address. The payment is divided in 2 parts a “PRE-PAYMENT” of 699.-€ (no VAT, no extras) and the “TOTAL INVOICE” of 2049.-€ (+VAT, +freight) less the 699.-€ pre-payment.

Order and payment procedure:
1. Contact Stefan Wälchli: “stefan.waelchli@airinside.ch” or/and Patrik Diethelm: “patrik@patrikdiethelm.com” and get all the information you would like to know.
2. Once you decide to order a board you can make a pre-order by sending your quantity and delivery address and you will be added to a provisional order/delivery list.
3. The available production capacity and the estimated delivery date will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
4. When you confirm us your final order you will be added to the final production/delivery list and we will send you a “pre-payment” and “total invoice”.
5. 2-3 weeks before production of your board starts we will send you a final production/delivery confirmation and you are invited to make your prepayment within 1 week. Please email us a proof of the bank transfer document.
6. The production will start on the estimated date if the pre-payment is received in the account. If the pre-payment is delayed your production time will be postponed to the next possible free capacity date.
7. When the hull is moulded you will get a confirmation that it has passed the quality control. A reject would cause a delayed delivery of around 2 days. With the confirmation of the quality passed hull you are invited to make your total payment within 1 week.
8. The board will be delivered when the payment has reached the account. In case of a payment delay the board will be shipped to the following customer and the next delivery date will be communicated as soon as the payment has reached the account.
9. When receiving the board the packing box needs to be checked for damage before signing the delivery documents of the freight forwarder. In case of damage a description of the damage needs to be written on the delivery document. A copy of the delivery document including the note of the damage description and pictures of the damaged packing box needs to be sent to “stefan.waelchli@airinside.ch” or/and “patrik@patrikdiethelm.com”.
10. Please make sure you follow the instructions before using the board.
