Being Deboichet very difficult to get in time I'm searching the right fin for the board. Read good about new Select (easier to get).Which size and model do you suggest for the board? Weight 80 kg,sails Vapor '08 9,0 and Np rsr 7,8. Thank you |

S07 45. Ca marchait pas mal du tout sur l'ancienne 80 je trouve avec une toile de 7.8/8.3 dans un vent 12/20. Conditions choppy de 50/60 travers & un peu croisé. (très) bon départ planing, la lame a du flex mais se raidit au 2/3. Ca donne un appui assez soft mais bien constant et qu'on peut bien exploiter, la lame demande que le gréement soit bien reculé et bloqué, surtout pas de PDM vers l'avant. Bon rapport cap/vitesse & glisse au largue, la planche foile bien et n'accroche jamais. |

Thank you Skal. The new 79 has a wider tail (56,3) compared to "old" 80 (which continue to be one of the most preferred board of the range for some team rider!) so I guess that a 46 or 47 or 48 would be a little bit better. If we consider the Select S07 probably the 47 would be the right choice with the Vapor '08 9,0.Then the 45 for the 7,8. Do you find a big difference between S07 and SL7 in sizes we've talked? Any idea about how the Hurricane fin does work? |

Entre S0 et SL, on commence à sentir la différence dans les tailles vers 34, je préfère les S0 du moins pour mes flotteurs, ça suit mieux je trouve et plus c'est grand, plus c'est sensible. Maintenant, ce n'est pas ce que j'utilise. Je ne connais pas du tout au dessus, c'est vraiment le plus grand que j'ai essayé. Pour les Hurricane, je n'ai essayé que petit : 32. tip top, très bonnes lames. D'après Select, il n'y a plus qu'une gamme en S07 pour 2008, auparavant, on avait le choix du flex. Rien essayé de récent de tte façon dans cette gamme. |
