It seems you are on the right way!
Foiling in around 20knots makes you improve... Or die. So the human brain prefers improve!
Make sure you stay in the harness, sheeted, as long a possible, to keep stability.
Try to add shims if you feel too high at high speed.
Or mastpad a bit forward. (not too much)
You are lucky to have those winds! Here it comes back, but with lot of rain.
After many miles my arms were stretched and sored enough so I decided to use the harness "whatever it takes" ! Few moments later i realized that if i would have not died because crashing it would surely happened because heart attack!!
Jokes apart, the "free" rear foot helped me to quick move forward the body weight when needed.
My big problem staying hooked comes from the bad catapuld I've got few years ago. When hooked I tend to suffer and be "soft" when i'd need to be "tensioned" (if you know what mean). Mostly because i cannot really "relax". That's why i'm pushing as much I can in this kind of wind. I hope it will help when condition will be easier...
Yes, very good windy days (and super temperatures). Wind is going to last for another full week. Water surface is supposed to get waevy (some spot will still be good for fin slalom)
