a) need no act to avoid contact until it is evident that the other board is failing to meet its obligation, and

Le souci, c'est que Pierre aurait dû déposer un protest immédiatement, maintenant il est trop tard.
A ce sujet, en me plongeant dans les règles j'ai été assez surpris d'apprendre que la vidéo n'étais pas recevable car trop "time consuming"...en clair, ça limite quand même vachelent les chances de succès d'un protest et lilite ces derniers qu'à des fautes grossières.
N'empêche qu'à La Torche, ça vaudrait le coup d'être ultra vigilant et de mettre la pression sur le team P7 en leur disant qu'à la première incartade, ils se font sortir sur tapi vert
