Je leur ai posé quelques questions en particulier autonomie de ma batterie et quid du retour automatique.
Voilà leur réponse
1) At hover one battery can hold up to 20 minutes and the time will reduce as you go faster.
For example at wakeboarding speeds around 40 km/h it will go for 12-13 minutes. In fast motocross track for 10 mins, but there are options how to optimise this.
Your altitude above sea level and temperature also impacts slightly battery life.
2) We’ve worked hard to implement many safety features. One such feature is battery monitoring. We use an intelligent dynamic battery monitoring system that actively monitors electricity consumption and battery capacity under particular conditions. The monitoring system calculates how much time AirDog has remaining in order to continue flying or to return to the takeoff spot. The AirLeash display begins warning you when AirDog has reached 30% battery capacity. Additionally, the AirLeash provides a warning to when you should stop your run in order to allow AirDog to complete safe landing. If you are operating with remote takeoff and landing settings, AirDog will fly back to the takeoff spot and land automatically.
3)We have been testing AirDog in conditions up to 25 knots. It is stable!
4) We are working on obstacle avoidance technology and it will be compatible with current AirDog version (as an upgrade!).
Currently AirDog cannot see or avoid any obstacles in its flight path. It is your responsibility to use AirDog in unobstructed areas, or to set appropriate altitude requirements or flight modes in order to avoid collisions. You can, of course, use AirDog in areas with obstacles, provided you have set the flight mode to follow your trajectory in order to avoid obstacles. In areas with trees or other obstructions, we recommend that you maintain at least a 10-meter distance from obstacles on all sides when AirDog is in follow mode. Keep in mind the risks of operating AirDog if you’re headed into a tunnel or underneath a bridge.
